Assembly takes some time. To keep it from falling apart, you need to make sure the pieces fit together snugly. Sometimes I had to use pliers and a real hammer to snap the pieces together and then use zip ties to hold them together. It takes some effort. When I ordered I thought the whole setup was thin board or hard plastic. Neither the one nor the other; I had an ultra-thin material, like parachute material, stretched over a thick wire. How it goes on, time will tell. The instructions were terrible; you couldn't tell how to attach the longer panels so I built it wrong and had to take it apart and start over.
