Very easy to assemble it only took about 15 minutes from start to finish. .Only two complaints: 1: If you're using the armrest to raise yourself, plan on it rotating, there's no way to lock it in place and it only takes a few pounds of pressure to rotate it. The quality of this chair is way above DXRacer, from the fabric to the metal frame. The 10 year guarantee was a big plus for me. Update 8/27/2020: AKRacing very responsibly supplied the right parts to fix it for me immediately and at no cost. They didn't have a really good answer on the pillow straps, but it's not hard to take out the slack and I agree with how it's working now, although it's not perfect. I have updated my review accordingly. Also the smell is gone and I had no problems with the chair already mentioned and my comment on the pros and cons stands.
