This lock is useless. The Bluetooth connection never worked properly and the battery life was atrocious. The only good thing I can say is that the touchscreen keypad was easy to use.However the security and surveillance functions were lacking and not worth the price. Avoid this product and stick to a traditional lock and key..

Definitely a nice product but not very useful. You can't lock it from the outside, you have to wait about 30 seconds for the automatic lock to work, which is very inconvenient. You can't use your phone all the time. They had to create an outside barrier.
