This turned out to be a great solution for our bathroom. We have two towels and it looks great. Beautiful modern matte black case at an affordable price. Installation was pretty easy.

The finish is very nice and it matches my matte black faucets like soft satin. Durable and easy to install. Looks like the finish will hold up but I can't verify as I just installed it. Very happy with the quality.

I like the look of the rail but something must have happened during production as the two square parts of the fixture were slightly angled. On the wall, the square piece that attaches it to the wall points out a little and isn't straight. Not bad, but definitely noticeable.

So far the package arrived quickly within a few days and was in good condition. I like the quality, the durability and the beautiful finish. Haven't installed it yet so can't comment but the brackets on the back look like any other metal bracket where they screw to the wall and then tighten with small screws on each side of the towel rail. Looks good.

It is actually a little over 21 inches. I replaced a 24 inch bar which was disappointing. However, I did everything because the finish and style fit my needs. I like that it's a solid piece of metal. No plastic! UPDATE: Well I was able to use the existing holes on one end and I was planning on gluing the other end since it's under 24 inches. The glue that came with it was rock hard and unusable. I will contact the seller for a replacement or at least the recommended glue,

We mounted this towel rail using hardware, not the included glue. It's nice that both options are included, although I would be skeptical about installing with glue. The material is a beautiful matte black color and the style matches the rest of our updated bathroom knobs etc. The rod can hold a full size Costco bath towel with extra space on each side when centered on the rod and there is a gap between the towels there and the wall when it's hanging so you don't have to "stuff" it on the towel
