Really nice pants that literally saved my ass

I was extremely skeptical when I bought them. My friend and I did a mid-Atlantic bdr that was supposed to take about 5 days. And for starters, we started with the remnants of the Hurricane beta. To insure myself a little before the trip, I bought some of my gear waterproof. I have something on my pants. The journey started in the rain and we had a day that was just awful. The length seems disproportionate and definitely not suitable for warm weather

I live in Arizona and tried them on in 85 degrees outside, they are too hot unlined. You'll spend more time spitting out that water you've been drinking all day riding around in these pants than anything else. They are very heavy, thick and poorly ventilated. Ventilation is minimal. The material isn't bad, but it's very thick and feels like something you'd wear on a snowmobile, not a motorcycle (Born in the Midwest, had a snowmobile). Otherwise I'm a size 42-44 and length 34. Well-tailored and durable pants with padded knees and hips. In terms of comfort, they're good for what they are: padded armor for a potential tarmac encounter. I wear a 34 in waist and 30 in width, I ordered 32-34 in waist + 32 in width. You were perfect. There are Velcro fasteners at the waist. Nice pants but not 1200D Cordura.

Just received the pants and they look good. Looks good together. The fit was good. I'm short, 5ft 5" and a 30" inseam fits me. The biggest issue I had was using the 1200D Cordura on the impact points and then the 600D on other spots. From the feeling of the difference in the thickness of the pants, it was evident that the lighter weight of Cordura was used.
