🪑 Alston Ladderback Dining Side Chairs in Knotty Nutmeg and Grey - Set of 2 Review

I just received these items today, what I really like about them is the uniqueness of the color - a darker, richer colour, than i always liked. This tree is like a unique mark that could not be made on any machine. I also love the gray color of the seats, these chairs sit higher than any chairs that were used with our old table before I can't wait to buy a bench and two other chairs to go to our table. It will look wonderful when we make it again table

I bought 4 sets of these chairs. only 8 chairs. These are very nice chairs. I bought small L-brackets to mount under the back of the seat for extra strength. The bottom of the seat sits on a wood frame on both sides and front, but the back is about 1/4 inch from the wood frame. I weigh about 150 pounds and as I stood in the center of the chair I felt a little faint. After installing the L-shaped brackets, the chair became much stronger. I would buy them again.

I ordered 2 sets of two chairs, when I first received them one of the legs was broken. I contacted Coaster customer service and shortly thereafter received the missing part! Thank you for the good customer service that exceeded all my expectations. The moment I saw the defective part I was utterly disappointed that I had to go through the hassle of requesting a replacement part. To my surprise, Coaster Furniture was responsive and professional; You helped make the process smooth and successful!

I bought 8 of these and made the first 2. I love the frames, the quality is impressive and they fit well. But when I got to attaching the cushions, my first thought was that they sent the wrong ones. But no, they're just poorly constructed. The rear corners of the pad base MUST have notches to allow it to be further positioned around the C-pillars. These are pretty good chairs for the most part, but upon closer inspection they are a bit cheap and ugly. Marks made in various places around the chairs. (Pictures included) They were easy to assemble but I doubt their durability and stability. The seat pad, in particular, feels a little cheap and is attached with just four screws.
