Beautiful light summer dress. I ordered it in several other colors and found I had to raise the shoulder straps every 2 inches. I'm medium height (I'm a size 10-12), each dress fits a little differently, but I like all the colors and keep them all. The plum was tighter than the others but still fits well. The hem is raw and raw so you can trim it to any length you want. It's the perfect travel dress, beach dress, wear it, dress it up, wear it to bed, love it!

I love the quality, shape and fit of this dress. After reading a few reviews I was hesitant to get my normal size (small) and ordered a medium size to ensure a good fit. NO! It was like carrying a gray bag (I'm 5ft 10" and 146lbs). I have reordered my normal size with more confidence. Small to the point, looser in the waist, flattering on the croup and square on the chest. It hits the ankle, a pleasant surprise in a maxi for a taller lady. I love this item. I feel like I'm wearing a huge t-shirt and some kind of tight evening dress at the same time (but I tend to be imaginative, results may vary). I could probably sleep in it if I wanted to, but so far I've paired it with a variety of ways to wear it to work (okay with a tailored jacket or wearing a tunic with some embellishments). I like this material, it's soft and light on the skin. The length was perfect for my height (I'm 5ft 6in) and even after wearing it all day it keeps its shape. I bought XS and it fits as expected. I was looking for a nice long dress to wear when flying. That was exactly the shape I was looking for. It is lightweight, breathable and has an attractive shape. I have a small problem with armholes in the chest area. A little gaping - almost like armholes, just don't hold their shape like they should, but it's not very noticeable. Update :: 08/10/2017 :: As mentioned below I also ordered this dress from Eco Navy which has already arrived. I like that it's the same length and yes the fabric is a lot softer in this color than Eco Black (which is more of an anthracite color) so it's possible that Eco Black is the only color with a rougher fabric.
