Looks good and is quite comfortable. The only thing I don't like is the lack of lumbar support and the armrests are too high for the chair to slide under the table.

after 17 months of working from home i finally bought myself a comfortable chair. I don't know why I waited so long! It's very comfortable and looks great. I'm glad my son put it together because it was a challenge.

The box was opened as was the person who taped it closed not pressing the tape to the box. The part on the base was cracked and broken. beautiful, simple and professional color, and it is very convenient to sit in front of the computer for hours.

Easy assembly. All parts were present and clearly marked with pictures and letters in the assembly instructions. They even included an Allen key to assemble the chair. The only connection that required some effort was connecting the back to the bottom. The chair works fine.

This chair is quite overpriced for what it is. It's a little thicker than the average $50 office chair, but not by much. The armrests go all the way back so it's not quite the "grandma chair" as it looks in the photos. The fabric sucks too, like the seats on a 20-year-old Ford Taurus. Overall, this chair looks like something you might find in a public library in 1995.

I like this chair. Delivered fairly quickly for a large item, only took 20 minutes to assemble. The gray color is pleasing - not exactly velvet but the fabric appears to be of good quality and washes easily. I was looking for a nicer looking desk chair for my new home office that would be just as comfortable and fit the bill. I wish the backrest was a bit higher as I'm tall but overall this is a great chair.

I am amazed at how comfortable this chair is. Because this isn't your average "ergonomic" task chair, I find it more comfortable than the office chairs that my job spent so much money on for us. I bought this for my home office and it looks great but I can also sit in it all day with no pain. Took 40 minutes to assemble including double checking each step, finding missing holes covered with fabric, recycling and moving to my desk. Pros Looks the same as the picture but the seat is softer than I expected. Satin matte champagne wheels (I especially didn't want shiny chrome). I just bought the console table to use as a desk (see review, very satisfied) After looking at around 1000 task chairs on PB, OS, WF and WE as I didn't want shiny chrome I am satisfied with the positive experience
