I have to say I'm an adult but I'm only 5 foot four. I had a skirt like this in high school and loved it so I wanted to replace it. Perfect. Because the top is foldable, I can easily change the length. Super comfortable and versatile. I love it and it's exactly the same as the one I practically lived in high school. If you are buying it for a young woman, remember that the length may vary. She can leave the house in a fairly long skirt, but will make it much shorter elsewhere.

We need this. I took off a star because it's a thin material (but flexible, which is nice). Also because my daughter is only 5 years old we had to order a size 7-16 to fit her waist (which is skinny!) and most importantly to be long enough. If you don't want a small, very short skirt, then order one size up. All other options only appear with miniskirts and show the child's back leaning taaaaaaaaaaac. This option is not suitable for us. Whereas size 7-16 is a much better fit for our 'average'…
