This product should not waste customers' time

Priced. This product should not provide the buyer with a waste of time. Got mine today; which made me very happy. Until I discovered the skimmer wasn't working. Here is a video of the problem.[.]

Error right out of the box

Was so happy to get my new skimmer! It was the perfect route. Had to buy a stand to set the correct water height as the water was too high when first installed and I didn't have anything on hand to set it. When the stand arrived I was happy to light it up and when everything was set up I plugged it in and NOTHING! I have contacted support and this is an email. Works great, one of the quietest skimmers

I have just bought a skimmer for the third time. It works great, is one of the quietest skimmers, picks up a lot of waste and adjusts to the water depth. It also has a small footprint for the load it can handle, so it fits perfectly in my limited pallet space. Unfortunately I have one block completely out of order, the other block suddenly started taking in too much air and doesn't draw any foam, only pure water! Definitely worth considering

This skimmer has been running in my personal 90 gallon reef tank for a month. It replaced my large AquaC EV-120 which never seemed to pull what I was hoping for with my heavy fish/coral bioload. I figured the recommended pump just wasn't strong enough for the old unit, but instead of just upgrading the pump I decided to look for a new cone skimmer that wasn't as bulky.
