This chopping board works great. Very strong and has a perfect angular cut, it transfers all the juices from the meat to the center for a juicy cut while you're serving the meat and after you've sliced it.

Bought as a gift for MIL who always cooks a huge Thanksgiving turkey. This is a nice cutting board and holds 2 cups of liquid (we measured!). If you're tired of the meat juices on your table, get this board! It's attractive enough to use as a serving piece once sliced!

Beautiful cutting board, extra large, robust and really holds 2 cups of liquid. Husband checked it to be sure because it doesn't really look concave but it is. We are very happy with it. We smoke a lot of meat. The board easily fits a large turkey, a couple of pork thighs or a large breast for slicing and serving.

I love the size and shape of this board. I didn't think it could hold 2 cups of liquid and had to try it myself and it definitely does what it says on the tin. The concave center is so thin you can't see or feel it, so it doesn't get in the way when in use. The only downside for me is that it's difficult to drain off the board like a straight sided cutting board, but that's not a problem for me.

When I ordered this cutting board I expected to at least see the pronounced concave center. When I pulled out the cutting board I was very disappointed. It looks flat like a pancake. If I buy a concave cutting board then I expect an overly concave center which is obvious that it can hold juices. I didn't add any water to see what the result would be, but this is clearly not what I expected and what I really want.

Very low angle for easy cutting (who would have thought the angle was easier on the wrist and controlled thin slices?) I love this cutting board! I just received it and I've already put it to good use. Chop up 4 pounds of Tri-Type and watch all that delicious "steak juice" in a neat puddle around the meat. There are four small grip pads on the underside of the board to keep it from sliding on the table top even if you push it. This board is big.
