Arctix Kids Winter Nautical Boys' Shoes Review

These boots fit my 5 year old well. They have an adjustable drawstring, but he didn't have to touch it to hold them up or to keep snow out (since he wears winter pants over tops), but it's nice. They keep his feet warm and dry and have good grip. He had a hard time walking in the hard snow with his other boots and eventually lost one of his pairs when it came loose in a snowdrift. These boots have better grip and less slippage. They also dry fairly quickly if some snow is left behind and melts.

My girlfriend and her young children came to visit us for the cold weather holidays. We wanted to do something but they needed winter clothes because they come from a warm state. I bought these boots in a size 13 which is the size my 5 year old son wears and as soon as he tried them on he said they were snug. After a few days they are still comfortable on him, but he still wears them and doesn't wear them for long. He said they keep his feet warm so that's a plus. Most importantly, they keep his feet dry. My advice is to go up the size, which I should have done as you have to keep in mind that you will probably wear thick socks with it as the lining is very thin. You…
