Works perfectly ! Best in Power and Hand Tools

I just got one from Harbor Freight and didn't even hold it once. I took this flange and immediately got to work. Easily create a beautiful crease on metal. Make a full fold on a quarter panel in 10 minutes. There is also a hole punch and makes holes in the metal like butter. This is a great tool!

Pros
  • Has a rotating head for easy handling
Cons
  • Not bad, but...

Good big hole in power tools and hand tools

Ideal for making holes for spot welding. This makes a nice big hole that's easier to weld than most that only make a 3/16 inch hole. I modified my hole by cutting the neck deeper so the large hole wasn't too close to the edge of the metal for even easier welding without blowing out the metal.

Pros
  • Punch for easy replacement
Cons
  • Large and bulky

Arrived broken. sent back. Poor performance and inconvenient use.

Heavy. Inconvenient to use as a trigger, it is difficult to grip/grip with fingers as it protrudes too far from the case. It is necessary to hold it by the air intake to use it, making it unbalanced, boring and imprecise. Weak flanges were made (although it was quiet) and it took three passes to create minimal depth. And it hardly allows the adjacent panel to finish flush as intended. It's terrible when the panels aren't quite level. The holes are well punched. Stop the job after you've made…

Pros
  • Creates an offset scalloped edge on sheet metal for seamless welding.
Cons
  • Expensive
