The trash box sits on a hardwood floor and every few days I had to clear the trash off the floor. This rug works very well. I haven't had to take out the trash since I installed the carpet. I recommend buying a larger size. I should have bought this earlier

The carpet is so high that you cannot sweep it. Kitty litter sinks in so deep you can't see it. It needs to be shaken off/knocked off from the outside, but that's okay. If it's still dirty after shaking it off, dampen it with soapy water and scrub with a brush, rinse and let dry. It is much stronger than my previous rug which had tears on the back. The size is big, that helps too. I'm glad I found this.

It took me a while to look through the many different cat litter mat options before settling on this one. It has been described as having a "denser texture" than some of the others. That was important to me, along with comfort on the cat's paws. My cats walk confidently on it and don't bend over like they do with brushboards. Works well as the spatula falls in and becomes invisible on the surface. Easy to roll up and shake out.

Small. I wish it was bigger but it definitely keeps dirt from getting onto my carpet. There is also virtually no dirt visible on the carpet. Just vacuum the carpet. Does not get lost under the vacuum cleaner when cleaning. I've had mine for two weeks now and I love it. My cats like to rest on it. So it's strong enough to keep the kitty litter out, but soft enough that both of my girls love to lie on it. Please make more and I will buy it again.

This rug really works. I ordered the largest size. It's big enough to hold the entire tray and place a garbage disposal system next to it. Then there is still enough space to run. The texture of this mat is really comfortable for paws and feet. Hides debris well and I no longer walk on debris on carpet. It's easy to maintain. Simply shake or wash off if necessary. It's really well made and makes an attractive litter mat. Very glad I got this one.

This is a big hit in my house! They're nice and thick so you can't even see the debris (off-white in my case) as it falls on them. Plus, cats seem to *like* the feel under their feet! I've had issues with them dodging and trying to jump over other toilet mats etc. However since I've had them I've encountered both cats resting on their toilet mats but how odd, always in a cat loaf position, never as stretched out as they do.
