⚡ Auto Meter 2592 Classic Chrome Electric Voltmeter Gauge Review

The inside of this device glass fogs up at night when the light is on. Contacted Auto Meter and they said "it depends where you live" and sent it back to them for service and they will "disassemble the inside of the glass and coat it with anti-fog for free". So now I have to take the dash apart, send the sensor back and park the car because they didn't just cover the glass with a layer of fog when assembling it. I bought three sensors (oil temperature, oil pressure and voltage) at once. The ads work well but they fog up so much you can't read the ads! I checked online and this is an issue for auto meters. I emailed tech support and never got a reply. I replaced the bulbs with LED but it didn't fix the fogging. I think that's what I'm getting for the transition from Stuart Warner

Gauge looks good. However, the security seal that Autometer puts on the inner box has been cut off. This means that the product was once out of the box. The gauge appears to have been disassembled. All of the nuts on the back of the case that hold the gauge to the case were very loose. The plastic bag of nuts was cut open and lay at the bottom of the inner packaging. The nuts that were supposed to be in the plastic bag weren't there. I still need to install a pressure gauge. I gave it two stars
