One of the plastic clips holding the straps broke when overtightened. Everything else is pretty solid, but with that little push breaking the latch, I'm not sure about this product. I tightened the straps using the alternate method and now it works.

Simplicity and just what I needed, the first straps I ordered came with screws but I didn't think of the console they would screw into, it was chipboard and the screws are not suitable for chipboard. So I ordered this one with clips, it worked like a charm and was easy to set up. I recommend them if you don't want to poke holes in your furniture. Brackets are a great alternative.

1 strap is very easy to fit. I couldn't get the screw into the other mount and then it went in a bit and got stuck. I couldn't get it back either. He just blew a screw

Bought and the plastic clip broke. The manufacturer refused to redeem the warranty and said that I had to exchange it for a new one at the place of purchase. I did, then the second had a defective clip which made the hole too small and ended up breaking the screw. Now I can't get an exchange and the return shows a $0 refund so I just don't have the money.
