I bought this seat for my 11 month old and it is exactly what I was looking for. My son can't sit on his own yet so I was looking for a portable chair to leave in the car when we visit friends/family and use it at the beach and it's perfect. The 5 point harness was key and the removable canopy helped protect it from the sun. Bought this for my son when we go camping. He likes it, he can sit with everyone, but at the same time remains independent. The only reason I'm giving this a 4 is because the removable tray sits very high. My son is 7 months old so he's still small but when the tray is in place it's about level with his forehead and tilted towards it so items probably won't hold up well.
