Very light, comfortable and warm

I was able to use this face mask at Lake Tahoe last weekend, it definitely helped a lot since it was snowing/raining very heavily. So much so that I couldn't snowboard with it, but there's always a next time. You can really feel the material of this face mask, it feels very good like it's made of a really good material. You can use it for dust, snow and the list goes on. Highly recommended!

Universal Balaclava

As shown, you can wear it in a variety of ways depending on the weather and purpose. It fits really well, feels comfortable and cozy enough not to move with a soft layer against the skin. The biggest downside is the shape of the nose as I couldn't position it so that my breath doesn't go straight up into my glasses causing them to fog up in cold temperatures. I don't know who cares about the weight - it's a small piece of fabric - but it feels heavier than I would expect from a non-knit skiโ€ฆ

Bad design: balaclavas

I am a medium height woman and it is too tight. Another problem is breathing through them. There is no space in the nose area and my nose is pinched. My breath doesn't go easily through the material and it's uncomfortable. If you're small, that's fine. Also note if you are claustrophobic this is no joke. It lacks recoil and reception in the neck area, making it feel a bit choking. Not a good feeling. The only good thing I see is that the material in the forehead area keeps all the hair insideโ€ฆ

Design flaws render this item unusable unless you are a child or a petite bald man.

I don't like this "headgear" at all, for the following reason: Unlike my previous Under Armor headgear, this isn't a full headgear, it's almost like a neck-warming ninja mask with a skullcap. The eye area is beautifully shaped as it does not rise from the bottom up or from the forehead down so as not to disturb your eyes. On the other hand, the nose is only in one position and all others are pushed too hard against the nose area. I can still breathe, contrary to what others have written, butโ€ฆ

Great for winter sports

I wore it for a week in various activities in 20-30 degrees Fahrenheit. It was warm enough for snowboarding, snowmobiling and whatever else was going on outside, but not too hot. Pros: The mouth and nose area was a good middle ground: It was relatively breathable, warm, and acceptable for COVID regulations. There are other balaclavas that are probably easier to breathe, but these are just open-weave mesh and offer no real protection from the cold or other issues. The contour around the eyes and
