Hassle free installation on a TV Ceiling & Wall Mounts

It looks very simple but the installation took a lot longer than installing a TV mount. It could have been the type of TV we have but it was difficult to install. It also kept sliding, so we could finally let it go, but if I did it again I would choose a different mount.

Your soundbar's arms are pointing down, not towards you

This bracket is very difficult to assemble. What should have only taken 15 minutes on my phone took 45z as the mounts are in place and the soundbar speaker is facing down. The bracket wasn't strong. If you want something cheap, take it. Pay for what I bought!

Fair option but may change over time (days or hours)

The concept is great and it's not a bad option to save a few bucks but it definitely has its downsides. I bought three of these and tried installing all three in different ways to see which is the most durable. Everyone wants to fall on themselves under the weight of the sounds. They hold, but slowly, over the course of a day or a week, they sink and do not maintain the position in which I fix them. I used a lock, but the washers and screws are fitted correctly as well.

If the VESA mounting pattern is flush with the rest of the TV, hands off!

Pretty smart system but terrible implementation. First, the screws holding the two levers together are too long. This means that the bolt extends quite far beyond the arms. The VESA mounting holes on my TV are recessed slightly into the bottom of the TV, so these screws got in the way of installation. Also, the soundbar mounting system is pretty flimsy, so the soundbar sags a bit (although I like how they designed the tensioning system). I ended up just using the lower control arms and various…

Difficult but reliable on TV and video

I bought this mount because it was the same brand as the TV mount I had already installed. I was hoping I could just plug it in without completely removing the TV mount, but no luck. I had to remove the bracket to insert the spacers. Well, it's not her fault. The problem I had was repairing the gun. The arms are attached at one point above and at one point hand to hand, creating a scissor effect. No matter how tight I mount the hardware, the brackets still move quite easily under the weight of…

Excellent and just what I needed!

Perfect for hanging my Polk Signa S2 soundbar on the wall on my 55" swivel TV mount. This TV sits in the corner of the room, so a wall-mounted soundbar would look like an odd offset. I did not use 2 poles with multiple holes at the very bottom due to a status light gap issue on the underside of my TCL 55S401 TV.
