I used some sticks I got 15 years ago. I decided it was time to replace it and it was the right size, finished shape and I was looking for wood not the plastic that is popular today. However, I don't really use them to push back cuticles; They help wipe off excess nail polish before it dries on my cuticles. I also use them to support my small plants and they work great!

They're so hard to find! Most cuticle sticks these days are made out of plastic and silicone or rubber, but I'm sticking with the old school and prefer wooden sticks. I will most likely never have to buy one again for the rest of my life, but I am very happy with my purchase.
