🔒 Highly Protective Bell SRT Modular Full-Face Helmet in Matte Black (Size: Large) Review

I really wanted this helmet but it just wasn't meant to be. It's too snug for the advertised size (I ordered a large). The styling is great and the brand can be trusted, but the comparable Scorpion EXO-GT3000 at the same price has outperformed it.

This is a great helmet with a lot of premium features that I love for the price. It doesn't matter if I open or close the vents, I get shakes. Close the visor and vents fully and you'll be roasting your brains in the heat. After a few months I still can't figure out how to feel comfortable in this helmet.

I've always loved Bell products and this one is no different! I like the design and functionality of the helmet. I like that the UV visor goes all the way down and not just halfway down. Your size is too small in my opinion. According to their sizing chart, my fit was 7 3/8 for a hat size, so I went the large size according to the instructions, but ended up having to order a size XL padding anyway. The Panovision face shield offers excellent peripheral vision. I bought the modular SRT because I wear glasses. I appreciate being able to wear a helmet without taking my glasses off. The speaker cutouts are molded into the fiberglass enclosure. The speakers do not detach when putting on the helmet. My only complaint was that there were no pins on the visor to insert the Pinlock anti-fog lenses. It's important to me because I ride in winter, 40F and below. I contacted Bell and ordered a face…
