I am a nurse and have back problems from years of caring for patients. This topper was a blessing. I've only worn it for a few days, but it's soft enough and firm enough that it doesn't feel like I'm about to roll out of bed, unlike other toppers I've tried in the past.

We bought this to put on our RV mattress which is really uncomfortable without a mattress topper. But with this topper, the mattress feels great - it's very comfortable and we slept great on it every night. The topper is cheaper than buying a brand new mattress, but the mattress feels like new! It fits perfectly on our "regular RV" mattress.

Got it hoping it would strengthen my bed. Instead, I just sank lower and woke up drenched in sweat. It was very comfortable at first, but woke up with a sore back and didn't sleep well.
