Waterproof...I'm sure it's made from the same material as the disposable plastic tablecloths you can use for 4th July cooking! And just as strong! This is definitely one of those products where you get what you pay for. And with this product... you'll be torn! It's not worth the $11 I paid. It's more like an item in a dollar store. I am sure this will not be destroyed in any volume as it is presented to the South Florida elements. So I prepare to return to Revain.

I've been buying these cases for several years. They were never of high quality; Tears were common and I had to be careful with them lest the new one tear at the seams. But they always fitted well and did their job. However, this time it is not so. Too short and tight to go to the floor. What has changed is the lid as my washer and dryer are the same as always - I can't say they've grown! So overall I'm disappointed and probably won't buy any more of them.
