excellent quality, Canasta work Both arms and legs

Nice cards, each with card points printed on them. We also use them in the Hands and Feet card game, although the red threes have a different score. Good quality cards!

  • Great construction

  • Hard to tell

Canasta cards are great, but they need to be treated with care.

I really wanted two decks, one red and one blue, but it wasn't possible. Now that I need Canasta cards I need to order 2 packs of each color. Otherwise they are fine. They wear out and the corners break too easily.

Let's Play!: Card Games

My husband and I just started playing games again and Canasta was a game he remembered from his childhood. I can't believe we've been playing this fun game for so long. You can play with regular cards BUT I highly recommend buying these cards, they make counting easier at the end of the game.

Pros
  • Great Price
Cons
  • Appearance

I didn't appreciate the durability of this product as I haven't had it that long. I didn't rate the "Gift" category either, as I can't see myself buying these Canasta cards as a gift to anyone. I like that the points are written on the cards. Attention, they are very slippery and need to be "run in", which requires at least 5 games. Reasonable price for 2 packs.

Pros
  • Sleek design
Cons
  • Legacy model

Make sure you have two decks of different colors.

I use Canasta cards. We play two decks at the same time, so I bought four decks. The problem I had with this purchase is that all four decks are the same cards. After we finish the round, we use the next two decks that have been shuffled. However, since all four decks are the same, we can't do this. If a card is switched, all decks must be discarded. It would be much better if there were two sets with two different colors. (This might be hard to figure out, but if you're playing Canasta or…

Not Really "Canasta Deck "

These really aren't canasta decks. The product is actually two decks of regular playing cards with Canasta scores printed on them and a set of instructions for playing Canasta. Real canasta decks are made up of slightly smaller cards that are lighter than regular playing cards. The smaller and lighter cards were designed to make shuffling two decks easier and to make storing the large numbers of cards that can accumulate during a game easier. Other than that, they appear to be high quality…

Affordable and inexpensive canasta set!

decks share the same background color, but who cares if you're not obsessed with stacking each deck with a matching set of 52 cards. (What a precious waste of time) I usually play the 4-deck variety with 13 starting cards, so it doesn't matter when you put them aside as long as you only play those types of decks. The cards and accompanying rules are very helpful and easy to quickly calculate base points and point values when you are just starting out. It's an affordable and great way to start a
