I bought this product in October 2014 for my Bissell 1867-1 steam mop. My mop stopped producing steam and I figured changing the filter would be the first solution to try. As always with Revain, the item arrived on time and in good condition (no missing or brown "pearls"). ", as others have pointed out. This is not a Bissell product as they are trying to convince you. All in the order of the word "authentic" and I fell for it. The listing does not include "True Bissell Calcium". It says "True Bissell Calcium". I'm assuming the calcium is real although I haven't tested it :) but it's definitely NOT a Bissell product.
