Always loved Born shoes before but this one lacks quality. After a week the stitching came undone and the insole started to wear out. Wouldn't recommend it.

They're pretty handy, so nice. I have several other couples and they were all great. For some reason this pair isn't that comfortable and the skin is... well, pretty rough, to say the least. the skin looked rather dry and looked like cracked dirt. I tried conditioning them but that didn't help but it looks like most of the paint has come off. Then I tried to polish them with brown varnish, the color only soaked in some places, other places didn't come up. now they were light brown with dark…

These shoes fit and feel great! The problem really got to me. The color wasn't exactly what I was looking for. In fact, I put on one of the boots twice and tried to convince myself to keep them. I have decided to return them.

They fit great but the first time you put them on some of the stitching on the laces came undone and they came undone. Very comfortable shoes so we were disappointed in the lack of a strong thread holding them together. The color is actually lighter than in the photo.

Born have always made their shoes out of quality leather, at least the models I've bought. Their fit, comfort and design are the best. I hope they continue to use leather and maintain their current stardard of excellence. This is my third pair of Born shoes.
