These are fakes but they seem to work

(1) These are fakes. I bought these because the seller (MissionAudio) said they were OEM Bose replacement parts and warned against counterfeits. The box appeared to contain Bose tape, a Bose manual, and a Bose warranty card. See photo. However, I was mistakenly sent two sets (see photo) and both had the same serial number. I entered the serial number on the Bose support site and the serial number was not recognized. (2) They were also easy to install (I once noticed eight small protrusions…

Lasted 3 years, very expensive

They have to be replaced about every three years. It's not amazing durability, but I wouldn't mind if it weren't for the exorbitant price of genuine Bose parts. Well it's Bose what I expected. Anyway, I need my third set now and would buy from Bose again if they were cheaper and/or didn't fall apart so quickly. Delay. If they're uncomfortable, ruin noise-cancellation, or are in some way significantly worse than Bose, I'll probably go back to the 'real article', but I won't be surprised if the…

Acceptable replacement, but reduced noise cancellation is an issue.

My wife and I both have a Bose QC15 set. I replaced their pads about 3 months ago and ordered the pads directly from Bose. Having replaced mine I ordered these pillows here and can definitely tell you there is a difference between them. As mentioned in other reviews, they are a lot stiffer than the originals or the replacements I got on my wife's set. The inner mesh also uses a different adhesive than the official replacement parts and is made of a thicker material. The pads snap in well…
