Ruined dress: my review

The dress does not match the description. There was no rhinestone belt in the box, and the sleeve on a sleeve looked like it had been cut out or cut straight out of the box. There are also a lot of cords hanging down as they are not hemmed. upset. Otherwise it could have been a really nice dress. Won't be using it for our wedding.
