I've only been using Chemi-pure for 10 months and love how it keeps my 30 gallon bottle crystal clear. I use 2 packs of 5 oz, 1 in each of my Fluval filters. One of the best purchases I've made. I definitely recommend the product.

Wow what a great product. Perfect size for my hob in my 20" tank. After putting it in I soon had crystal clear water and the bird smell from low tide due to the algae problem I had was gone. I think it helped with the algae problem itself as well, but I can't 100% relate it to that. quality stuff. The first one ordered was open and missing the seal, but a replacement was quickly sent to me. Would buy again.

Probably the more expensive way to use carbon and chemical filters but very convenient. Less rinsing is required as the medium is supplied prepackaged and ready to use (already slightly damp). All you have to do is change the package. Tip: Put this bag next to the old one for a few days to make sure bacteria have settled in it, then remove the old bag.
