The leash is ok, the fittings too. Very poor quality velcro and fabric - I only bought mine a few months ago and it looks ten years old. Nice to see that the seller is interested in helping with any issues. It would be nice if the manufacturer used better materials, otherwise the leash is pretty good.

Excellent price very well built. We have been using two of them for about a year and they have proven themselves very well. The swivel is still freely rotatable, which is not the case with other lines. My daughter surfs probably 10 times a week (yes I know) and that's on a heavy longboard, so both line and gear have taken a beating over the last year. Highly recommended. Bought a few more.

Not bulletproof. It's not even a surf protection. I had it for all three sessions before it broke. I'm not picky about my gear. i am newbie I ride the KookStorm Foam in small waves. Update on what happened below: The seller confirmed their warranty and fixed the problem very quickly. Initial problem: The main cable broke when my 120 lb son was using it on his paddle board on a fairly calm day at the beach. The failure naturally occurred 5 days after returning the window. I'm surprised how badly it's fared given the reviews. My Dakine Leash is a few years old, yellowed from the sun and still holds my almost 200lbs with no problems.

I was a little hesitant to buy a surf lead from an unfamiliar brand but the lifetime guarantee convinced me to go for it. I have now used it on a 5 week surf trip to Indo and I am completely satisfied with it. It has withstood quite a bit of heavy surf and still feels very durable. I've been using this leash for about 7 months...mind you I don't even come surfing every weekend. You might think that's what I do... I don't just throw my board away every wave or anything (sometimes that happens). This leash worked well for about 25-30 sessions. I only ride an 8 foot Wavestorm so I have an 8 foot head start. Velcro and straps were great.
