Works great, much better than multiple adapters I've had before! I simply connected the contacts I needed to the Cat5 socket and switched it off. Recommended for the rest of my team to replace a specific manufacturer part for $150. Note that the bare wire insulation is too thick to be crimped with a Category 5 male end.

I've bought one of these before and it worked great. However, the one I just bought messes up every USB port I've tried. It works for a few minutes and then nothing.
