My new CL-17 came with one of these. I have a serious problem with my visor and glasses fogging up in Seattle so this doesn't seem to be effective. Maybe it would be even worse without him? I just ordered a breath box, maybe that will help.

Pros: I think it improves the look of the helmet. Gently reduces fogging, not perfect but better than nothing. almost as effective. Cons: The center notch doesn't fit securely in the peg and keeps falling out, which is annoying and a bit annoying. I would not raise the visor while riding for fear of the deflector detaching from the helmet.

Sometimes effective. I live in Minnesota and spring/summer/fall mornings and evenings tend to be cool or muggy. This breath deflector does a good job of keeping my visor clean when the weather isn't too cold or stuffy. However, when it gets cold or stuffy, the deflector isn't high enough to catch your breath.
