My husband made a cup holder for his '65 Nova SS. After complaining every time we went to a car dealership. Cars were not equipped with cup holders that year. They are perfect for the new detachable holder.

As another reviewer noted, the mug is actually not 2 3/4" but 2 5/8" which makes it look sloppy. They adapt closely to the banks and are placed forward. Must be glued or something. But they seem to be of good quality.

I bought 2 of these and they fit perfectly with my already small cup holders very good quality and they have some weight to hold them. The bench is in place as it's in the cup holder itself without tipping over in turns.

I bought these for a poker table I was planning to renovate and they are great. They fit in a beer bottle or can, but Solo mugs don't. Based on my chart, this was the maximum size I could choose, but I'm happy with it. For those looking to purchase these coasters you will need to drill a 2 3/4 inch hole and then they slide in with very little clearance.

I bought these to install cup holders in the armrests of my patio chairs. The bottles are ok but the cans are so narrow. Inserting cans is difficult and when you try to take the can out you pull it out every time. Eventually I got mad and put them in, but it's still hard to get the cans out. When they sweat, it looks like a sucker. Maybe I'll try drilling a hole underneath.

The cup holder is a quality product. Constructed of thick stainless steel, designed to last for years. This is true to the advertised size but note that the internal size allows you to hold your soda can comfortably. Any cup larger than a soda can will bring no luck. My plan was to replace the broken plastic cup holders on my couch with these stainless steel cup holders, but the smaller interior size won't work. However, due to the excellent quality, I will find other uses for these coasters.

The quality of this item is excellent. A fairly heavy stainless steel caliber and I can see it will last many, many years for someone else, but not for me. It's too wide for everything I want to use it for. With no visual reference (please post a picture of the jar or bottle for your customers) I bought it anyway and found it too wide.
