I have a flat nail bed and this makes poly gel extensions much easier. I used to have trouble lifting because the curved shapes didn't fit my nail. With them everything is much easier and more accurate.

Staples work but are a little tight and push the entire product out from under the nail. I used it once and never again because my polygel nails became very thin and brittle. Not practical.

I have no idea how they are supposed to hold the nail as the spot where the nail is supposed to be placed is crooked and there is no pressure to squeeze out air bubbles before curing.

So I was hoping I could work on multiple nails at the same time while applying nail gel so I got this set. But not yet. maybe you could work on more than one nail on someone else, but not on yourself. You can clean them with alcohol afterwards. they become sticky. They work great on non-problematic nails, but some small, curved nails may require you to hold the wet mold with your other hand until it has set. So, good product, not too tight.
