Let me tell you how delighted I am with my beautiful glass. I showed it to everyone and not once after 24 hours did it crack. I put ice in my glass, that's all! I put ice in it and it cracked. Anyone who knows me knows I love ladybugs and it was so perfect paired with my coffee mug. I am extremely disappointed.

This is an incredibly disappointing product. It was a housewarming gift for a friend and the first time she used it she just washed it inside very, very carefully. Simply rinsing the glass detached the outer letters. She is very disappointed and I am looking for a new nice glass that will not upset my best friend.

This is my favorite mug. This is a quality mirror. You have to be careful with the force you use when lowering. My bottom broke and had to be replaced. The pattern on the glass holds up well to washing, although I've never put it in the dishwasher. I read that the letters come off. I haven't had this problem.

When I get home I'll take a picture of the broken one and a spare. The first fell to pieces. I have requested a replacement. No problem this time. However, I am very surprised that it hasn't broken due to transport and the like. It was in a small box that fit under glass. The glass comes in a plastic case that fits the wine glass. So if it breaks, the glass stays inside. Definitely! I love a wine glass. I have a matching coffee mug. Gave it to my husband for his birthday!
