Bought this cable as a backup cable for the Amcrest camera adapter. The original was chewed by a hungry squirrel. It works just like the original, although the plug is a little longer. Do you know what else I bought? 1/4" thick spare cord to thwart gnawing critters.

I originally wanted to give 5 stars for the convenience of the product but it has already stopped charging. I took it out today and it has stopped loading in most positions. My experience with charging cables tells me that this means the internal wiring is broken so badly that the only position it will work is the position where you manage to forcibly make contact in the broken internal wiring. This cable is designed to power the device from a USB source, but the output voltage dropped sharply to 3.5V under a load of less than 2A . This caused poor performance or no performance for my intended purpose. No other cable has this problem. Poor charging cable design. I just have to throw it away.
