I was thrilled to get this and install my knives in my kitchen cabinet door. It's made in the USA and built to last. Unfortunately, its slots are too narrow to fit even my smallest knives. If you have chef's knives or a 2 inch wide santoku, only one will fit. From there, the slits get smaller. I ordered a magnetic strip.

I bought this Camco knife safe because I was tired of the old fashioned wooden countertop knife holder. I installed it in the bottom cabinet next to my stove and it's perfect. I just open the door, take the right knife. It only has 7 knives, which made me decide which knives I use all the time and say goodbye to useless ones. I highly recommend this knife organizer!

We purchased this in 2014 for our RV to move into whilst sorting out our living situation on our bare lot. It was easy to install and held many of the knives we need for everyday use. really great. Get rid of my bulky wooden knife block. It's worth freeing up space on my chosen countertop not to attach it to a cabinet door or "duct tape" to the wall. Instead, I attached three neodymium (rare earth) magnets to the back with clear "packing tape" and attached it to the side of my fridge so it was removable.
