The pants are warm and generally fit well, but the waist was gigantic and bulged just below the waist when worn with a belt. These cloth trousers are much slimmer.

These trousers are very warm considering the thin lining. I wore them in 20 degree weather with little wind. I was warm without being exposed to the wind. They are great outdoors and not very warm indoors.

Excellent pants. Very comfortable, warm and not bulky. I ordered a medium and knew from the description that it would be too long for me (I'm 5ft 2in / 120lbs) but I plan on trimming it down myself. I just wish there were a few increment sizes to choose from. out. I also wish there were a few lighter colors to choose from. BUT, these are great pants for walking in the cold and not too expensive!

I purchased the XL based on the size chart provided and they were too small. I could barely put them on my hips. My usual size is L/XL but I would need 2XL or 3XL. I am not sure how they obtained the measurements for this chart but they are not accurate for the product supplied. I bought them for a ski vacation and ended up renting them. Even if the size differs a bit, the quality seems to be good. It would be excellent value for money. At least they would fit.

At only 5ft 1in I expect all pants to be too long. These were a bit too long. I ordered a medium size, the waist fits perfectly but WOW! hips are huge. I can grab 3 inches on each side. This makes them perfect for women with an hourglass figure. I'll keep them though as they seem to be well made and I love the zipped pockets. They make a little rustling noise when I walk around, but since they're meant for walking dogs on wet mornings before anyone else gets up, I'm fine with that.

This is great! I wear 2x, I have 2x and they fit like my jeans. They are not intended for skiing or extreme outdoor activities. But if you live in a cold area and need warm pants, then this is what you need! The inner layer is fleece, so you might get a little sweaty. They are lined with flannel material, not very thick. Two layers can be a secret. The lining runs down the leg unlike other similar pants I've reviewed.
