Good: - Sharp - High quality steel - Ergonomic handle - Nice design. Bad: - Expensive. I've used this for steaks and chicken and can't wait to use it during Thanksgiving. The knife is sharp and very easy to cut anything. The downside is that the carving set is expensive but of good quality. Overall I would recommend this wood carving set.

I think I heard angels singing when I opened this knife set. It's bloody amazing! Just the wooden magnetic box made me feel unworthy. It's much easier with a quality knife. Tools are really important. They are such a solid build, with nice handles and such a sharp knife! If I keep it clean and cared for, it will last forever. For some, this will be an outstanding and stunning gift.
