60's, 70's, 5-25 hp (minimum)

Easily fits older Evinrude. I just installed 18hp on my 1966 Fastwin. I had to get screws that were 1-2 inches longer (note the thread pattern at Homedepot, this motor was made in America, not China) and it twisted right in. The engine is running again. Now that I've solved my problem with the $15 part I'll get the OMC part from Marineengines.com. By the way, I asked the seller if it would fit my engine, they said no, but it fits, it fits. 5 hp motors are suitable. - no less than 25 hp 60s and…

Pure junk, should be ashamed of himself

Leaked out of the gasket on the front of the case as soon as I squeezed the gas tank. I checked the tightness of the bolt on the case that holds this gasket in place and it was fine. Revain shouldn't be selling this fuel pump because it goes bad out of the box. Now I have to take my time to get a refund and return it. I also had to look for other options and paid $135 for a genuine OMC part. I got rid of those cheap hangers at Revain. Pure rubbish, the seller and Revine should be ashamed. I was

Save yourself the hassle and buy a recovery kit.

I took it out of the box and replaced the backplate with the original one from my Evinrude 15 HP. I carefully reassembled it and watched a few tutorials on YouTube to ensure proper assembly. It did not work. After many hours of frustration, I found that one of the small valves inside was not working. I was trying to fix the problem as one of the springs was pinched and engaged (manufacturing issue). It still didn't work. So I took it apart, put all the seals and new springs in my old pump, and…

Working as described with minor changes

Product arrived very quickly and was exactly as described. The fuel line fittings were at different angles than the original pump resulting in my existing lines being long enough to stretch. This worked but the lines need to be replaced to reduce the stress. Importantly, this item was approximately 1/2 inch thicker than the OEM fuel pump and the existing bolts would not work with a regular gasket. I had to make a washer out of some spares I had at home which was very thin and even with that I…
