Item fits tray as advertised; However, the door fell off after 10 days. The little piece of plastic securing the door broke - we have a 10 month old kitten.

At first it seemed great but now after 15 days it's already broken. One of the top pieces that connects it to the holes on the side of the tray has come off completely. Now I have to find a new replacement somewhere.

My product arrived without the most important part - the clear plastic door! This is the part I really needed to replace in our litter box as one of the plastic tabs holding it in place broke. Ironically, the top of the assembly (blue) that came in the box looks more worn than that on our tablet that we've used for years!

Replacement door is easy to assemble and fits perfectly. The fact is that every time cats jump on it, it shifts and this causes the sash to stop swinging, which is not ideal as it prevents the cat from getting in or out of the litter box. This was the case with the original door and due to the misalignment it broke and I had to look for a replacement.

This door is excellent at trapping odors. First I bought a tray with a door but my blind cat didn't use the tray. After she left I decided I needed a door for kittens, for some reason they can clear the room if you get my meaning. During our move I have to go through the original door. This one fits perfectly. Our house smells a lot better.
