Does NOT work! I should have tested it when I got it but never got around to it until recently but now the return window is closed. The machine will NOT start its timer as instructed. And the English instructions DO NOT explain the details of how to operate the machine. Additionally, when you call customer service in the guide, you get a voicemail message that says "You have reached a voicemail box that is NOT set up yet". I had an ionic foot bath that was just a row, I can really differentiate this bath with waste and an extra bracelet. 30 minutes is much more focused

The machine itself may or may not work. The array rusted on first use. I use my blow dryer on the array to make sure the moisture is gone but the inner coils immediately look rusty. The second use, the water will become rusty very quickly. and that's all I get for 30 minutes in the water. The second time the array dries, the black plastic on the outside will also rust. The flat array doesn't even work. I plugged it in and the device doesn't think I plugged anything in.
