This is a great product I use for REGENERATED GOLD Liquid gold, works perfectly. I used to buy from chemical companies but I had to buy £50. for now.

This was exactly what I was looking for. I use it as a disinfectant for winemaking equipment. With a £1 pack I don't have to buy it as often which is handy and it's still not too much.

WAY more than I will ever use in my entire life. I add 1/8 teaspoon lime juice and add it to guacamole. It stays green and fresh for two days! Be careful if you are allergic. to sulfates.

Excellent as a deoxidizer for home brews, especially New England style cloudy IPAs. It used 1/3 gram when filling the keg and really improved the overall stability compared to previous batches. After 3 weeks, neither the color nor the taste has changed. The only downside was that I had to let it cool (age) an additional 8 days until the sulfur smell was gone, but it was worth it in the end.

I originally looked for sodium bisulfite because I own a botanical business and sell dried orange and apple slices for craft purposes (not for consumption) With bisulfite I would need to dry the slices of oranges for two full days and sometimes more and apples for a day.
