My new horse (14.2 quarters) has skinny legs. He never had his boots on, so I opened them up. The bottom strap was a little short, but it was enough. The top straps are ok. The boots stayed straight even when they were very loose. Things are in the right places. They seem just as well made as my expensive boots.

I bought the Classic Equine Boot on the recommendation of my trainer. I really like them and all my other Classic Equine Boots. Boots are easy to put on and take off. I've had mine for 3 or 4 months now and they still look brand new. I take them off every 2-3 rides. I use them about 4 times a week. I am very happy with them and have recommended them to my friends.

My horse was allergic to latex padded gaiters and I had no protection for him. He's a huge burden and needs to be protected before he burns his bonds. My friend had these and he lent them to me. He glides a mile and doesn't burn himself! I ordered it myself and the price here beats anywhere I've been able to find them. Classic Equine is a good brand for almost anything so I had faith in them. The best thing is that the latex does not puff up. They are made of the same material as the SMB boots.
