I should have looked better, I spent money on an ordinary product.

High-quality goods. To the vendors for all claims. Claim against the online retailer for providing misleading information about the product, changing the model provided to the supplier, supplying a model that differs from the one specified on the website, and sending a product that was purposefully defective. I have a lot of experience purchasing online in 2022 stores, so neither the first nor the second come as any surprise to me.

Pros
  • The thermos is extremely well-made, similar to an artillery shell. It feels pleasant in your hands.
Cons
  • The advertised model was not delivered. They sent a modernized version rather than the vintage design seen in the picture. A barely perceptible dent on the lid will undoubtedly void the renowned lifetime warranty but is unlikely to have any negative effects on the thermos' quality. Since it is difficult to imagine how a dent could have appeared on a thick stainless steel glass, it is doubtful that it happened during shipping. As a result, I won't bother with the return, but I caution anyone who thinks a lifetime guarantee is valid to be cautious. I'm not the only to experience this, based on reviews in other online stores.
