I got a cup 😠 best at vacuuming and floor care

That doesn't even deserve one star I got a freaking glass cup. You read CUPPPPP correctly. I am very frustrated, I previously bought a charger for it and it didn't work and now I have a cup.

Not worth the price for ONE load

Loads look and feel good. But it's NOT worth getting a load, maybe two of these. I've tried using 3 now. And every time it's a big disappointment. I will not buy again.

3 ATTEMPTS AND THEY ALL FAILED!

DO NOT BUY! We bought it for our Dyson and it only cost 1/3 the way and then stopped working! We bought 3 and they are all the same! We sent back the first one thinking we had just received a defective one. 2nd we thought it was our outlet and now 3rd is doing the same! Definitely don't load!

Dyson: Vacuum Cleaner

Our original Dyson charger lasted about 10 months before the runtime diminished. Suspected the battery, but actually the charger is out of order. Apparently the current wasn't enough, although the voltage could be measured at the plug. An internet search revealed that this problem is common. The change was child's play and our Dyson is young again.

STAY AWAY! FIRE HAZARD!

ZERO STARS! This Dyson charging product melted within ten minutes of turning it on! If we weren't at home, we could burn everything! Also, now my dear Dyson is NOT WORKING! I know some broken parts go down the assembly line but cleaning up a melted wire mess, causing damage where it was connected and losing my nearly new Dyson. This is unacceptable for some reason!

Something is wrong with this charger. I stress that something is seriously wrong with this charger. All in all, I bought it to charge my Dyson V10 (although Dyson's warranty support is a bit like pushing an elephant up a hill). Yes, I came up with this metaphor; do you understand me I also needed a new charger. So I bought TWO of them. Both worked. Once! I'm not joking. I was able to charge my device once. With everybody.
