So I've been collecting kitchen knives for years, some of them quite expensive but over time the kitchen drawer got too small. At first I bought a blade guard which worked fine, but once I hit the road I realized I needed a knife roller. I wanted a reasonably priced bag with lots of pockets and a solid construction. This bag meets all my needs, and even when all the pockets are full, it still folds up nicely, closes securely, and has a handy shoulder strap.

The bag itself is very well made, it has space for all my knives and tools (8 pockets and 2 separate compartments). Since I work in the kitchen outside of the home most of the time, I need to travel with a bag that can safely carry and protect all my children. If you have to choose a minus point, it is that the bag is actually very big and not very comfortable. We store our camping kitchen utensils in it. Lots of utensils are stored here - 2 chef's knives, 2 large spoons, a spatula, measuring cups and spoons, a can opener, tongs and much more. The bag is made of dense canvas, the zipper is reliable. The bag is durable - it has withstood many falls on the picnic table and everything stays in place. This is a nice bag, sturdy with good strong zips, it fits my large collection of knives (I have several chef's knives that I use depending on my preference, two boning knives, a few Paring knife, a bread knife, a small hand sharpener and a cleaver (I'll have to see if it fits my sharpener too.) More space could be used between the knives, plus it would be nice and the empty space at the back could easily have a nice loop for a thermometer plus clips for small measuring spoons or whatever you want to hook in there instead of the plastic clips that the keep bag closed which tend to slip off if you don't fasten it and break over time, maybe some light tinted straps with some accents to make them stand out.
