Chemical smell refund request

They arrived with a terrible chemical smell. It was very uncomfortable. Please refund my money as I can't use it with this smell getting onto my hair

Maybe it's my fault and not the hair clips

No. I have very thick medium/long hair. I just can't get this barrette to stay in my hair. If you have long beautiful curls, save your money and don't buy these

The best and most durable hair clips but

I am buying two of these clips. They are heavy, large, but both arrived with broken teeth. but they work despite missing teeth.

Great clips for very thick hair. Too big for those of us who have a regular crowd.

These are really nice clips but they are so big my hair falls out of them when it's straight or slightly curly. I have fine but thick hair and it doesn't suit me unless my hair is fluffy. My ponytail is about an inch in diameter to give you an idea of how much hair you'll need for this clip. I can still use it on my naturally wavy hair and the product applied to it, but I prefer a little less volume.
