Cappuccino 2-Drawer Nightstand by Coaster Home Furnishings - Carlton Collection Review

They were fine except they arrived with a broken leg and got nothing but voicemail when I called customer service. I hate the days when I have to wait for someone to admit how it happened and that they will fix it. I wasted my money on this.

At first I was hesitant to buy furniture online, but this purchase calmed my nerves. They came fully assembled (which is amazing) and were VERY well packaged. I bought two and neither of them damaged the product (although the boxes were a little dented). I am very satisfied with my experience and this product!

Well packaged, arrived quickly. This is NOT the quality of Coaster furniture sold in department and furniture stores - the drawers are not dovetailed, the hardware is flimsy, the back is chipboard and my husband had to adjust the drawers a little to get them sliding smoothly ( took less than five minutes with a screwdriver). The two tables were packaged very well. So I was very surprised that both were damaged. A side table had a small dent on the front left. Pretty much the worst place but we'll use a little touch up. The other end of the table, the piece of wood that separated the two drawers, had come loose because a screw had come loose. If we could pull the box out, that would be an easy fix.
