Changing the water once a week will keep the grass fresh for more than a month. Doesn't take up much space in the fridge. Great herb keeper!

I bought this specimen for its American Test Kitchen approval but it was quite expensive without having much space. Can't recommend all of this.

We saw this unit in America's Test Kitchen. We've found that our herbs either rot or dry out in the fridge, so we decided to give it a try. For now, this is a good improvement from our observations. It's a little tricky to clean if you really want to wash it, and plastic is plastic. Don't drop it. But we are satisfied and can recommend it.
